About Us

Founded in 2003 by Martin and Sherry Lenich, our original Inspect-It 1st location was initially part of a national franchise system with offices throughout Arizona and nationwide. In 2017, all Inspect-It 1st offices were released from their franchisee obligations and each office now operates independently. Inspect-It 1st, Greater Phoenix Metro operates primarily in the Greater Phoenix Metro area, but also works on medium size projects throughout Arizona and large projects in other States.

By listening to clients and their agents, applying innovative solutions and steady growth, we developed proprietary software and work processes to deliver high value inspections, with very rapid turnaround, and unique supplemental data and analysis for all types of properties needing inspection services.
