The Pre-Listing Inspection Program consists of an inspection and report, statement of probable cost, repair determination, reinspection, and inspection report updating. Fees can be paid out of escrow (no upfront cost) and utilize the company’s proprietary software/work processes to greatly reduce field inspection time, report turnaround, and repair list management.
