Martin Lenich, owner of the property inspection company Inspect-It 1st, Greater Phoenix Metro, announced that Todd Fairchild, a current employee, has secured a minority ownership stake in the company. Todd will be responsible for inspector selection, training and development as the company grows its Multifamily, Commercial and Residential property inspection business.
