Inspect-It 1st, Greater Phoenix Metro has been providing Solar Lease Analysis for Commercial, Residential, and Multifamily clients (and agents) for many years. With the growth of solar systems on buildings, the acquisition of solar leases can pose a significant cost issue regarding building operating cost. Our solar lease analysis projects what combined lease payments and power costs will be compared to a base, “no solar” power cost. We typically only provide this service with a companion Property Inspection.
The cost for this service is $300 with an inspection. We need a copy of the signed lease, as well as at least one recent electric bill (a full year of bills is better). The resultant Solar Lease Analysis report is emailed within 48 hours.
